Created policies, configurations, and images for over ten thousand endpoints across education, banking, architecture, and marketing verticals.
Implemented CRM, RMM, MDM, and network monitoring to fully convert an IT shop into a managed service company, with new SLA and audit standards.
Set up and configured data center infrastructure — storage, virtualization, networking, and routing — with fully redundant managed networks.
Migrated hundreds of locally hosted mailboxes and file shares to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Box, and Dropbox.
Designed, planned, and managed network implementations — routing, switching, and wireless — using UniFi, Aerohive, Meraki, Cisco, Fortinet, and pfSense.
Worked alongside clients and technical staff to scope effective, budget-conscious solutions; built processes that made the sales team more efficient.
