About Me

I earned my BS in Computer Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2006, with a focus in analog and digital communications and a minor in Religious Studies. My engineering coursework went deep — from building antenna products with silicon semiconductors in UNC Charlotte's clean room to developing a wireless infrared communication device with custom software.

My early career mixed technology with operations and teaching: managing daily operations for seven buildings and over 300 employees as a regional manager at Rogers Premier, then four years at Masterworks in Mooresville as technical director and music instructor — consulting on computer software, hardware, and audio equipment while teaching music theory.

In 2012 I joined The PC & MacHelp Centers in Charlotte as a systems engineer, and by 2016 I was Director of Operations. Over six years I helped convert the company from a break/fix shop into a full managed service provider — building out the sales, operations, training, and budgeting processes, and growing it from negative profits to nearly $2M in annual revenue. Along the way I completed the Jamf Integrator program and led Apple device rollouts for universities, banks, healthcare systems, and school districts across the Southeast.

In 2018 I founded Atlas Technology Solutions in Davidson, NC — an Apple Consultants Network member and certified Jamf MSP, Integrator, and Services Partner. Atlas provides Apple certified consulting and managed IT services for businesses in Charlotte and across the Carolinas. In 2026 we launched Atlas AI, a dedicated practice for AI integrations, agentic workflows, training, and security — and I completed MasterClass AI Fundamentals to anchor that work.
